The story of game Kindred Spirits on the Roof is about Toomi Yuna who spends er time in the academy by her own, one day on the roof she was interrupted by pair of ghosts. One is Enoki Sachi who died in the accident and other is Nagatani Megumi who died of illness. These two spirits died on unexpressed feelings in their hearts. They wish to experience their first time together before the eternal death. But they dont know how!!?! So, they enlist Yuna to help them.
